  2. Yes, but Lightwave was originally designed as part of the Toaster 
  3. package.  It was not planned to unbundle LW until things like LightRave 
  4. came out and NewTek realized that they had to meet demand

  7. Quick point of history - LW was not originally going to be part of the
  8. Toaster package, it was going to be a seperate add-on you could buy. AND
  9. NewTek was originally going to sell LightWave as a stand-alone package,
  10. bundled with a piece of hardware (code name - Sea Monkey) that Brad Carvey
  11. built. This was sorta like a DCTV box, but better quality and years
  12. before. Some of the old AH films demo reel stuff was output with Sea
  13. Monkey.
